That is the COMPOSE window.
However.. I was also referring to the MAIN window:
Although there is NO underlined "D" option here, the "Alt+F, D" sequence
still works. If a particular message is selected (as shown above), the
Alt+F, D will send the message, fully re-quoted, back to the newsgroup.
